Anne & Jeroen van Westen Ausloos

Landscape artist Jeroen van Westen (Holland 1955) and ‘earth artist’ Anne Ausloos (Belgium 1954) evidence the connection between culture and nature in their work. For them landscape shows how the culture that created her relate to the nature in which the landscape is build. They wish to explore the intrinsic values of the material that creates landscapes: earth, in a poetic manner.
